Shipping Policy

Halimeda's Oasis ships via United States Postal Service (USPS.)  We use standard ground or parcel post shipping based on the weight of the item.  International shipping will also use USPS.  In stock Items will be shipped between 1 and 3 work (Monday thru Friday) days from our receipt of the order.  Time between drop off at the post office and delivery is dependent upon the postal service.

If any items are on back order, we will contact you through by email or phone and the item(s) will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

If an order needs to be expedited, please let us know when you place the order. Yes, we can expedite in stock items but the shipping cost may be higher. We will let you know the costs.

Custom, handmade items will take much longer depending upon what the item is. It may take a few days or 4-6 weeks to complete. Alternations of in stock items will also take time. Please provide and email/phone number so that we can communicate the time frame for completion and shipping.  Some of our time depends upon availability of materials. All custom orders required a 50% deposit before work is started.  The remainder of the total price must be paid before the item is shipped. Custom and altered items can not be returned.

 

Returns and Order Cancellations

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations with the exceptions of custom orders or altered costuming. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.  To request a cancellation, send an email or call within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to return an item, send an email or call to get an authorization to return the item. Return the item unused and in its original condition to us  and we will refund the price of the item. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and send a photo of the damage. We will work with you to find a replacement or store credit.
