Halimeda's Return Policy
If you find you need to return your purchase, please notify Halimeda's Oasis immediately for approval to return it. It must be shipped back within 15 days of our ship date. DVD's and music are not returnable unless defective; if defective, we will send a replacement. Special custom orders have a 30 percent re-stocking fee.Once we get the item back in the same condition as it was sent, we will refund or credit the amount of the item plus any applicable sales tax less any applicable non-fundable deposit. Sorry, but shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We suggest that the return be insured and tracked. It is up to the buyer to get the item back to us.
